The session begins with a gentle check-in where you’re invited to share what brings you here. This first step helps create a safe, supportive space and clarifies what you need most today.
2
Exploring Your Emotions & Experiences
Together, we look at the thoughts, feelings, or situations you’re navigating. This is a calm and respectful conversation where you can express yourself freely, at your own pace, without judgment.
3
Making Connections & Gaining Insight
We explore patterns, behaviours, and beliefs that may be influencing your well-being. This stage helps you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and brings new awareness that often leads to relief.
4
Moving Toward Change & Next Steps
We reflect on what you’ve discovered and identify small, meaningful steps to support you between sessions. You leave with a clearer sense of direction and renewed confidence in your ability to move forward.
It all depends on your history and your needs. Sometimes a single session is enough to unblock a specific point, sometimes support over several sessions is more suitable. We discuss it together.
Are the sessions refunded?
Alas, no. If you wish to be reimbursed, you must contact a psychologist or psychotherapist under agreement (depending on your health insurance contract, about two or three sessions per year may be covered).
Is the type of therapy you offer suitable for me?
Feel free to contact me with any questions. I will answer you quickly and offer you either an appointment with me, or the contact of a colleague whose specialties (medical or not) seem to me to be more in line with your request.
Do you offer videoconference sessions?
Yes, absolutely. Some slots are specifically reserved for videoconference appointments.
